Bards will play relegated from Step 2 – AFC Telford, Kettering Town and Leamington

They also play promoted from Step 4 – Berkhamsted, AFC Sudbury, Halesowen Town, Long Eaton Utd, Stamford

As well as the 4 that went down, Hednesford (Northern Premier League – West), Rushden and Diamonds (Northern Premier League – Midlands) and Bedford and Kings Langley (Southern League – Central), Ilkeston and Basford have ‘transferred’ to The Northern Premier League step 3
