Jack Storer and Dexter Walters depart

The club have announced that attacking players Jack Storer and Dexter Walters, who weren’t selected on Saturday, “have left the club by mutual consent” – https://www.stratfordtownfc.co.uk/news/jack-and-dex-depart?id=416723

Jack joined around this time last year and will be remembered for his spectacular goals, but also his 3 red cards (including our only red this season). According to the club website, he made a total of 23 appearances plus 5 as sub, scored 9 goals, had 11 yellow cards and the 3 reds. Life was never dull with Jack on the pitch who played through the middle and on the right side this season.

Winger Dexter joined at the start of the season and had a fine start making 8 appearances plus 7 as sub, scoring 2 goals. For me, he will be remembered for his late goal against Bromsgrove to seal the points – “a late flourish from substitute, Dexter Walters, saw him break from his own half, twist and turn the visitors’ defence before finishing emphatically.”

The club thanks them for their services and wishes them every success with their ongoing careers.
