“Plenty of effort especially in the second half and we deserved a point” reflected a rueful Paul Davis afterwards.

“Not many times have we come away from home this season and deserved a point but today we certainly did.   And Leam Howards has got to score from that late chance.

After a difficult first half we were much better after half time.  The players have followed their instructions and given their all.

Kings  Langley have only lost once in the last two months nad beat Bromsgrove here last week,  but in the second half I felt that there was only one team that was going to score and that was us.

What’s really frustrating is repeatedly saying to the players that if you continue playing like we did in the second half the results will come, but the trouble is we are running out of games.

At least everyone else down the bottom lost today and all we need to do is just get our toe over the line.    We are getting close and hopefully we can achieve it against Hitchin on Tuesday.”    .
