What had developed into a closely fought encounter was totally changed two minutes before half time when Town conceded an equalising penalty with the incident leading  to the dismissals of right back Kyle Ambris and keeper Harvey White.

Tamworth then took full advantage of playing against nine men to  go and win the game in an increasingly feisty and unsavoury second half.
