“We’re on a good run and it’s a sign of a good team if you can win when not at your best” reflected Thomas Baillie after Town’s second narrow 2-1 win of the Christmas period.
“We were missing some key players today but the lads have plenty of belief and confidence and we have won on both Saturday and today without playing as well as I know we can.
We are now in the play off places with games in hand and while I think that we have been under the radar previously plenty of teams are now sitting up and taking notice of us.
Saturday against Stourbridge will be a really tough test for us. We have a number of walking wounded including Chris Cox from this afternoon and I think Stourbridge are the best team in the League even if they don’t go on to win it.
But we’ve taken a bit of pressure of ourselves by winning our last two matches and we will give it our best shot.”
