Town boss Thomas Baillie was in a bullish mood after his side’s comfortable win at Halesowen.
” We were much the better side. We hit the woodwork twice in the first half and we might well have been three up by half time.
Their keeper has made a number of top class saves and on another day we could have won by four or five.
As it was we were dominant throughout and always in control and I didn’t think that they offered anything that was ever likely to trouble us.
Looking ahead there will probably be half a dozen changes for the Cup tie at Didcot on Tuesday. The lads who were on the subs bench today will all be involved as will some others who weren’t in the squad here.
But Ross Etheridge will definitely be in goal. We now have him for the rest of the season following Richard Walton’s departure and that has provided us with some welcome stability in that position.”
