Town’s playing squad is continuing to evolve as the new management team settles in, and the latest changes to be announced are the release of midfielders Eli Bako and James Hancocks.
Eli joined Town at the start of last season and made 39 appearances under Carl Adams although 15 of these were from the subs bench, but this time he has only featured once when coming on as a substitute in the league match against Redditch United.
James joined Town on loan from Kidderminster Harriers for the final 10 games of the 2016/17 campaign before making the move permanent for last season when he was a regular in the starting line-up making 43 appearances in all.
But he has struggled to get a look-in this time round making just two substitute appearances before starting against Coventry City in the Birmingham Senior Cup tie which proved to be his final Town game.
In other moves striker Jazz Luckie has joined previous manager Darren Byfield at Walsall Wood on loan, while summer signing Kevin Monteiro has switched to Rushall Olympic after one appearance as a substitute followed by his only start in the Emirates F A Cup defeat by Alvechurch.
