Friday night saw local band Alphonso’s Pancake Breakfast perform at the Moodchimp Stadium at STISA’s first live music night. Over sixty people were in attendance to hear classic hits from the Beatles, Stevie Wonder, the Stereophonics, Neil Diamond, Elbow, Oasis, Bob Dylan to name but a few. Many thanks to the band who impressed everyone with their great musicianship, a great time was had by all. In addition to being a hugely enjoyable evening over £200 was made for STFC related projects. Many thanks to STISA committee member and local music impresario Doug Armstrong for arranging the night, to Chairman Chris Simpson and committee member Rob Maisey for drawing the raffle, and to all who attended.
