Two goals in a minute just before the hour mark from their leading marksman John Mills  –  the first from the penalty spot  –  propelled Hereford to another crucial win in their quest for a third successive promotion.

Hereford’s  Dara O’Shea was red carded soon after but  Town were unable to make their extra man count until the 88th minute when Mike Taylorr pulled one back..
