In an entertaining New Year’s Day clash Town went down to only their second home Lerague defeat of the season to Banbury’s 82nd minute winner

Ben Stephens fired Town into an early lead but Banbury were level at half time and went ahead six minutes into the second half before Mike Taylor equalised.

And Town almost rescued a point in added time when a fierce Taylor effort came back off the post.
