STISA Serve Up Tasty Music Night

STISA are proud to announce a night of music at the Moodchimp Stadium on Friday 23rd March. Local covers band Alfonso’s Pancake Breakfast    will be cooking up a recipe to keep you on the dance-floor all night long. Tickets are only £5 each and all the money raised will go to STISA projects to help your football club. Doors will open at 8.30 with the band scheduled to perform until 11.00. Tickets should be available to purchase committee members in the next couple of weeks and we hope that they will be available to purchase from the club shop and bar. Tickets can also be reserved by emailing or via our Facebook page.

This afternoon’s match against Hitchin Town has been called off as the pitch is waterlogged.

New dates for both this game and the away game at Basingstoke will be announced when known.

A short travelogue

As coach and fans travelled down to Basingstoke

A  great rain, hail and snow storm broke

Pitch dry at four,  it got a right old soak

At  six the ref said ” Sorry. It’s off. No joke”

Sadly back the tears we all did choke

Wasted journeys for us Townite folk.
