On the eve of our first AGM we’re delighted to say that our first major project is now in place at the Moodchimp stadium. In the last few weeks STISA members, with the assistance of stadium manager Steve Tunnicliffe, have been working towards the installation of 20 foot high netting at the Knight’s Lane end of the stadium to reduce the need for ball retrieval from any errant shots. Money raised from the STISA lottery, fund raising events and membership fees have allowed STISA members to gift this equipment to STFC. We hope that this will be the first of many projects that we are able to work with the club on.
