A resolute Town performance saw them dent Banbury’s play off hopes at a sunny Knights Lane on Saturday.

Will Grocott  fired Carl Adams’ side ahead after only six minutes with Mike Taylor adding a second four minutes before half  time, and keeper Niall Cooper made sure of the points when he kept out Ricky Johnson’s penalty with eight minutes to go.
